Data Challenge Competition

Do you have an idea for data? What burning question do you have that local data could answer? How would you go about collecting that data? How could your idea benefit Brixham?

The Data Challenge competition is open to all and aims to inspire and mentor data producers. Whether you're new to data or you have previous experience you are very welcome.

We’re excited to announce we will be launching a Data Challenge competition as part of the pilot project. Time to get hands-on with making and creating with data. Each of the five winning teams will receive a £200 grant and, from our friends at The Data Place in Plymouth, technical support and mentoring to develop their project from idea to reality.

Keep an eye on the website and our social media channels for updates, data stories and inspiration. And if you’re not already subscribed to the newsletter, click on the link at the top to sign up.
